As a victim you have the right to submit a victim impact statement. A victim impact statement provides you with the opportunity to explain the personal impact this crime has had on you and/or your family. The Victim Impact Statement may include the personal, physical, emotional, and/or financial impact this crime has had on you and/or your family. A victim impact statement may be provided using this form and/or by submitting a letter to the court. Keep in mind, you may also attend the scheduled court hearing to provide a victim impact statement in person.
