Your Pinal County Attorney

Brad Miller is the elected public prosecutor for Pinal County. Representing the State of Arizona, the County Attorney shall attend and prosecute persons reasonably suspected of committing public offenses. They also act as the legal advisor to the Board of Supervisors, defend the County against lawsuits and may provide civil legal services to another county or political subdivision upon request. The County Attorney derives his or her power and authority from the Arizona Revised Statutes Title 11, Chapter 3, Article 6.
