San Tan Valley man sentenced to decade in prison for having sexual contact with a minor
(FLORENCE, AZ) - A San Tan Valley man has been sentenced to a decade in prison for having sexual contact with a minor.
On March 2nd, 2023, Pinal County Superior Court Senior Commissioner William O'Neil sentenced Todd Moody, 59, to ten years in the Arizona Department of Corrections.
Moody pled guilty to Sexual Conduct with a Minor under the age of 15 in the Second Degree, a Class Three Felony and Preparatory Dangerous Crime Against Children.
In 2022, the Pinal County Sheriff's Office was contacted regarding a disclosure made by a juvenile. During a forensic interview, the juvenile disclosed Moody touched her inappropriately.
