Brad Miller

Brad Miller is a distinguished attorney and Marine Corps Reserve officer based in Florence, Arizona. With a robust career spanning both legal practice and military service, Brad has made significant contributions in both fields.

Starting his legal career in 2007, Brad initially worked as a Tax Associate Attorney at Helm, Livesay, Worthington, Ltd., where he specialized in property tax-related matters for Maricopa County. From 2008 to 2017, he served in the Maricopa County Attorney's Office's Special Victims Unit, where he prosecuted high-profile cases involving sexual crimes, securing numerous jury verdicts and receiving the Justice Achievement Award for seven consecutive life-time convictions.

In 2017, Brad founded his own law firm, Brad Miller Law Office, where he has handled civil litigation and criminal defense. His work has been recognized with the 2019 Arizona State Bar award for one of the Top 10 Defense Verdicts. Notable achievements include successful jury verdicts in complex federal cases, significant settlements, and pro bono work for veterans and educational institutions in Phoenix.

United States Marine Corps

Parallel to his civilian legal career, Brad has served in the United States Marine Corps since 2010, currently holding the position of Staff Judge Advocate for 4th Marine Division based in New Orleans, Louisiana.  His military service includes providing legal advice on various matters including rules of engagement, law of war, and policy drafting in ethics, financial management, and risk assessment. 

Brad's educational background is comprehensive, with a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Finance from Liberty University in 2004, followed by a Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law in 2007. His military education includes Officer Candidate’s School, The Basic School, and the Command and Staff College at Marine Corps University. 

Brad Miller continues to serve both his country and community, balancing his roles as a dedicated lawyer and a committed Marine Corps officer, making impactful contributions in both arenas.
